These terms cover the Appealy Uploader, the internal tool that uploads and schedules videos on Appealy’s own YouTube channel. The Appealy bot and dashboard have their own terms.

YouTube Terms of Service

The Appealy Uploader uses the YouTube API Services. By using the Appealy Uploader, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and to the Google Privacy Policy.

Who may use it

The Uploader is for Appealy’s channel owner only, to publish Appealy’s own original videos on Appealy’s own channel. It is not a public service and is not offered to other users or channels.

Content

Everything uploaded is original content made by Appealy, and must follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines. Cases shown in videos are fictional.

Your data

What the Uploader accesses, stores and deletes, and how to revoke its access, is on the YouTube Privacy Policy page.

No warranty

The Uploader is provided as is. YouTube and Google are trademarks of Google LLC, which does not endorse Appealy.

Changes

If these terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
