Refund Policy
Last updated 6 October 2026
Fourteen days to change your mind, no reason required. This page is the detail behind the “Plans and payment” section of the Terms of Service; the two say the same thing, and if they ever disagree the Terms are what binds.
The window
You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason is required inside that window — changing your mind is reason enough. Billing is annual, so this applies to the payment you made for that year, and equally to a renewal.
How to ask
Creem is the merchant of record for Appealy. Creem sells Appealy to you, collects the payment, and owes the sales tax and VAT on it — so a refund is asked of Creem, and Creem processes it. Your receipt comes from Creem.
If you would rather start with us, email contact@creeperdiamonds.xyz and we will point you at the right place or ask on your behalf.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted. When a refund is processed the server returns to the free selection, and only the caps change back. Your forms, submissions, tickets and settings stay exactly where they are. If you buy again later, they are still there.
After 14 days
A plan runs to the end of the year it was bought for. You are not billed again unless the subscription renews, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than ending the plan you already paid for — you keep what you bought until it runs out.
One exception, and we mean it: if something on our side is broken and that is why you want the money back, say so anyway. The window is a policy for changing your mind, not a shield against our own faults.
What is not refundable
The self-hosted software is free under the AGPL-3.0 and is never sold, so there is nothing to refund there. This page covers the hosted service at appealy.app only.
Questions
Email contact@creeperdiamonds.xyz, or ask in the community server. Billing questions about a specific payment are quickest through Creem, the merchant of record, who holds the transaction and can act on it directly.
